5.3 on waking - average 5.5 overnight now rising to 6.6 without any food.

@SWUSA_ It's really weird, if I eat a normal family meal with the rest of the family my FBG is always lower.

I live alone. I am always surprised that my blood sugar readings are lower than expected when eating with friends . They do say that happy marraiges and good friendships cause you to live longer - perhaps there is a technical explanation that being in that kind of convivial atmosphere improves insulin response !
