4.0 fasting average last night. 4.9 total average yesterday -

That marks one entire week where both fasting and average blood sugar was under 5.0 and 91%of the time under 5.6% - even with the known generosity of the libre - surely these numbers should put my Hba1c in the none- diabetic range at next review.
I achieved the 4.9 average ( compared to fasting also 4.9)yesterday by being very good - 800 calories and doing my first HIT work out - this one
my blood pressure shot down to a new low 106 /66 as a result - clearly worth another go.
Prediction for today's average 4.3

Ladies and Gents - We are beginning to receive more and more reports again about this thread going off topic. Whilst we have no objection to the odd, reassuring/supportive, comment, related to an individual's fasting score then getting, let's not get into asides of essentially diary/blog style activities and other off-topic stuff.

@CherryAA - If you would like there to be discussion related to your video, then a new thread is the best place for that.

Thanks in anticipation everyone.

On a point of detail - This post isn't "getting at" anyone in particular, as some of those reporting enjoy the odd meandering off-topic themselves. We are just trying to preserve the thread to reflect it's original purpose.

OK. I'll stop. I was not expecting any comment at all on my posting - merely giving an indication of WHY my reading was an amazing 4.0. - which I thought might actually Help those not getting these type of results.

my reading of the original thread aim is:
At a couple of the other forums I've frequented there was a thread like this one where we all sorta checked in each day, with our first cup of coffee or tea, and reported our fasting or waking blood glucose level and some short comment about whether we're ok with it or if not - why not?
I guess we all have different perceptions of what short means. clearly I'm too verbose lol apologies to all I've annoyed .

Brilliant, libre is generous my average is similar, but I think you'll get non DB levels.
