Hi @Kentoldlady1
Just tested BG after brunch at 12 pm it's 5.3 I had 1 whole grain toast butter 2 mushrooms 2poached eggs 1 slice smoked bacon cup tea and at 1 pm before testing had a cup coffee, its with talking about food this morning just fancied this brunch. Hadn't had anything but drinks from getting up this morning so liver dump before food at 12 pm was 6.5
So all things considered it was a good meal to eat no spikes? K

After a high ish morning reading I’ve had an up,and down day of hypo, sorted , hypo, sorted.
Here’s hoping for those great bg fairies have calmed themselves down tomorrow morning.

Morning...what a day yesterday...off to collect some Christmas presents...just one or two to finish ...set off in good spirits...came home in a foul mood...couldn't find a parking space...elbowed out of the way by several other shoppers...lengthy waits...as for the roads...like The Circus Maximus...resolved to finish my shopping online...have them delivered direct to my door...got home...tea...news on...apparently after 'Black Friday' comes 'Cyber Monday'...too much for me...it was savage out there...woke to a 4.9.

Good morning everyone 5.3, no Meds happy with that. Not been here for a bit, mainly due to ill health - not my diabetes. I've been reading a lot of posts and realised how much I missed not checking in. It's good to see the support you all give to each other. Thank you for being here

Bless ya that festive be shopping lark is not for me anymore . Our only dependants are 2 spaniels so we agreed no gifts abut 3 years ago. It’s bliss! We gave up on birthdays, Christmas and holidays, we donate our time to the local hospice-care now instead. It works for us! Less stress so why my bg is all over, it must be due to sympathy festivities
