What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Good morning to all

My 'Jabba the Cut' machine informed me i was 6.8 this morning which was not expected.

But I did wake at 4am and dozed until 7am when I tested so not sure if that affected results

On plus side scales told me of a weight loss, which has seen me loose 6.9kg since 10th Feb 2018. 12.8 kg to go

So good and bad news today for me.

Hope you all have a good relaxing Sunday planned

I got a 5.4 this morning, after trying my first 36 hour fast.

In some ways I'm pleased - I've been in constant damage territory for weeks, often about 9.5.

But then I'm also a bit disappointed. In the past I've been able to get a 3.9 just from fasting for 12 hours while lounging around at home. I was sort of hoping this concerted effort may get a similar result. Still, it's heading the right way :)

Spavined droplet struggled from my finger and exhausted itself by registering 5.6 this morning. Whole day yesterday an even 5 so this is some kind of sick, no platform for lchf protest.
Another Petruchio's horse? ney!!

An "adult exercise" induced 5.8 this morning. I know that raises bg but even I don't specially label that on my spreadsheet to quantify how much. I have no idea what prompted me to measure bg following that type of exercise in the first place:***:

Up showered and ventured into the scales .. I did my first reading it was 6.4 -happy with that then wondered philosophically when I last changed my stabber needle, changed stabbed needle and it’s 5.9 -I’ll take that one, mental note change stabber needle on Sunday’s with my scales etc.
@Glenmac stubborn, independent and bemoaning the modern world -I thought it was my autobiography !

So 5.9 and +1lb
