Anything that involves red wine makes sense in my book!!There you go, low carb and red wine - diabetics can still have a good time. You know it makes sense Rodney!

Your very welcomeThanks
So a butterfly flaps it's wings in Australia and I get a 4.7 that's much clearer to me now.Don't waste your and their time. It follows the laws of chaos ;-)
Love scarifying lawns - do you have a mechanised scarifyer or the type with lots of 6 inch nails that you have to push? The nail type would really hurt! There is something beautiful about well tended grass. The Cambridge Colleges and the road from Dulwich College to the Dulwich Woodman both looked like my idea of what heaven will be like! Colleges still do but I haven't been along the Dulwich road for 20 years.we did some lawn scarifying yesterday (I didn't even know it was a thing you had to do), and then I managed to whack my shin thereby raising a lump and turning the air blue ...

off into the kitchen now to make a chocolate pudding for myself and we're having a hopefully quiet day today, we did some lawn scarifying yesterday (I didn't even know it was a thing you had to do), and then I managed to whack my shin thereby raising a lump and turning the air blue ...
Have a good day everyone![]()

A miraculous 5.1!
I was out for a meal and a show last night. 3 courses. All low carb apart from the crackers on the Cheese board. But washed down with a full bottle of red!!! I only intended having a couple of glasses!!! And 2 courses!!!! Enjoyed myself immensely though. I rarely drink since the diagnosis last December. Looks like I danced it off in the after show bar ;-)
An "adult exercise" induced 5.8 this morning. I know that raises bg but even I don't specially label that on my spreadsheet to quantify how much. I have no idea what prompted me to measure bg following that type of exercise in the first place:***:
