What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

6.2 at 08.00. Just to complete a week over 6. Yesterday I fasted till 2pm then had a flaxseed roll and butter with cup tea and in the evening had a medium cod in very light batter (from chip shop) on its own. Risky I know but same meal previously with addition of 8 chips posed no problem. Hardly a big eating day and I carried shopping from Sainsburys.
 
Morning all had a bit of a scare during the night I woke up and my vision was super blurry and I felt quite weak when I checked my BG which came up as 6.2 so I’m not sure why that happened I’ve also had a few dreams where I am hypo before I woke up I had a dream that I was low and my BG was 1.2 anyway today’s BG is 4.8 have a good Saturday everyone
 
Good morning all. 6.1 today, high for me and requires some action.
Mobile again as van is back on the road. Only cost €30, so wondering why i even hesitated.
Taking a few days off the excercise as an experiment, see where it leaves me on the BG numbers. Will resume on Monday.

Good Morening Ladies and Gentlemen and all none foot the ball fans. What on earth is going on it's August and the season has started already.

A 6.9 greeted me this morning, it said " bet that surprised you " which it did.

We have had the grandchildren here for the last couple of days, which has been great for me but not so great for Mrs J hehehehe. Now I have made lots of outside toys for the kids to play with, did they play with them? No they played in the bushes at the top of my garden and on some ladders fixed together as a climbing frame, kids you just can't predict them and I'm well into my 3rd childhood.

Dare I suggest tiredness, I found this happened to me a few times and still does.

@alf_Josiah definetly could be as I haven’t slept well for a few nights and I took sleeping tablets last night kept waking up every 15 mins lol my sleeping tabs are only 2mg each so I took 3 last night gonna try 4 tonight:)
