Morning all a hugely surprising 14.1 no clue as to why, trained hard last night, no supper before bed as I forgot so can't understand why, looks like I'm chasing the unpredictability train today!! Lets hope that I can catch it!!!!

Morning all it’s my lung transplant 6th anniversary today unfortunately I can’t even enjoy it as I have to go get a flu injection and have a diabetic eye test I know it’s really silly but I’m terrified about getting my flu injection so much so I can’t even eat because I feel so sick but anyway I hope everyone has a good day

Massive hug and huge congratulations on the 6 years. Flu jab will be a breeze for a fighter like yourself then celebrate how far you have come.
 
Morning all. Slightly milder here today so no rush in getting the chimney sorted on the wood burner although the sooner its done the quicker I can start playing with fire. ( Maybe its just a boys thing - I dunno?) Anyhow 5.3 this morning. Hope your day goes well.....

Good Morening Ladies and Gentlemen and all who are still in bed. Lazy gits.....no I am not jealous, no I am not jealous, no I am not etc.
A delicate 9.8 for me this morning, no sympathy required anything below 10 is good for me.
Well folks got to go money shopping and I'm trying to remember where I left my sawn off shot gun and where my confiscated catapult has been hidden.
Not sure which is more harmful a shot gun pellet or a cat fired from a catapult, my money is on the catapult....

Congratulations nobody said it's easy. Now stop wimpping about, the flu jab is less painful than the blood tests and you know it. It's also a dead virus. Now I can't stand the eye drops for the eye test....help
