What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

apple-pie-cheddar.jpg

I used to see this in restaurants sometimes, usually a cube of cheddar with a toothpick through it.

Since y'all got me wondering about this, I found two articles:

Hello all. Early morning for me too. Fasting blood sugars were 5.2.

Thanks for all the hugs yesterday and your kind words, @ianpspurs and @shelley262.

@ianpspurs -- I do most of my grading at home (like most of my colleagues I would guess). How about you? Did you do your grading at work? The reasons for the long days this week is that we are trying to recruit a new professor. So, five people are coming in for interviews and guest lectures, followed by discussions and evaluation. This comes on top of the regular workload. Glad when this week is over.

Wow @ziggy_w long day. I would always plan all my lessons at work and ensure copies were on the network so if I couldn't make it in next day the lessons were there. I mostly marked/graded at home - at crunch points I would be in work from 6.00 am and mark until 1.0 am. - 100% coursework courses were killers. The good news was the A Level exam board (University Entrance level) trusted my marking enough to accept all my school's grades without moderation or samples.

Early mist - no fog - bit cooler but quite like back end of September not November. 5.0 today, again, not awful but mirrors general sub-optimalness of the good ship Ianp (and Spurs ATM) @JohnEGreen sounds like a perfect night which, I would guess, sent y'all to bed a contented man - good on ya:)
Edit: So sub-optimal I forgot the Test Match was on for about an hour - quite worrying that:arghh: Sub-optimal extends to England's' top order batting now I have seen the 3 wickets - Root:banghead:
