Met a lovely couple a few days ago, so went for dinner with them tonight

israeli owned restaurant Been before quality very good ..So diabetes head OFF today.

Had aged beef..double fried chips, and Israeli salad .delicious

Had numerous beers n drink but still reasonably well behaved, and had one half slice of cake, that the boys and friends here put together for a surprise birthday celebration..at the shack we always use.

Great day all round.

but as my missus says ..it's better then the alternative .;)

Good afternoon all,

I forgot to post, this morning's number 4.9

Went for my blood tests, got the full blood panel and should get the results next Tues. I hope i's all good. (I've heard that sometimes with a big weight, cholesterol sometimes shows a rise for a bit until weight stabilizes.)

This was apparently made for a man about 10 years older than you, @jjraak but it's so perfect I hope you do not mind my copying it for you. I was looking for the Fig Newtons commercial when I saw this and I just could not resist. I hope nothing in it offends anyone.

 
Another lovely thunderstorm here on this late spring afternoon. The KittenCat has taken shelter in the closet while I sit here watching and listening and enjoying every flash, every peal, and every pitter-patter of the rain.

It’s interesting seeing what other people’s readings are.
