Am happy. It was fish for dinner last night which was a bit too salty - my mistake - but potatoes were under salted (not my mistake). So it was all ok. Monday - back to the grind. I am not terribly excited about it. But it is Ramadhan week and a real short week at work. Have a great week everyone.

7.3 for me this morning. At least it’s down from the 8.3 that gave me a shock last night. I had a cortisone injection yesterday, which apparently pushes up the bg level. Not sure for how long.

AFTER I gave in and made low carb low sugar cake.

Not too bad I suppose. Aiming for 8 in the morning now so no more cake for now.
