What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

4.7 for me. Just from nowhere, I'm started drinking tea, and loving it. It's my new thing. I'm trying to work out what brand to buy. Any recommendations for black loose tea would be appreciated. Have a wonderful weekend.

My daughter bought some lovely loose tea back from Dublin orange , rhubarb and ginger , and summer fruits.
 
7.6 for me this morning but then we did have a takeaway in work last night ( and my good intentions went out the window somewhat . Then homemade blackberry and apple crumble when I got home tho I did have cream instead of custard ( lots of calories but less carbs )
