What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Of course you are. The fasting numbers you keep despite having regular steroid meds are something I aspire to.

6.3 still in range and showing a trend in the right direction you are bound to get fluctuations from day to day we all do.
 
5.9 this morning. Doing a little bit of IF today although that's inadvertently. I help out at a lunch club but unable eat the food. Today's menu was either chicken and mushroom curry or pork casserole with peas both with rice. Dessert was pineapple upside down cake and custard. Did have a cup of tea with a splash of cream though.

Tested this morning and nearly fell through the floor, meter showed 3.2! Tested again 5.7. Could it really have been 3.2 and the shock caused an immediate liver dump....Definitely wishful thinking!

5.7 will do for me. Have a good day everyone. :)
 
Not feeling too chirpy this morning. Cough and headache, long lie in. 7.7 at 10:40 when I dragged myself from under duvet.
Going to fast a bit today.
The mysugr app is showing a prediction HbA1c of 40.6, so challenging myself to get that into 30s before next review.
