Morning All. 6.0 at 0700 so better start than of late. Hugs @DJC3 we both just need to reset, fasting is tough. I’ve just reduced portions and carbs so far.

Hello,

Had a busy two days, so didn't manage to post yesterday. Fasting blood sugars yesterday and today were both 4.9.

@Rich Worthing -- Sorry, I didn't realize you were T1 -- definitely should have ask first before shooting my mouth off. Anyway, it still might be worthwhile to start a new thread in the T1-part of the forum. There are bunches of fabulous T1s on the forum, who I am sure will be happy to provide some input.

15.8 for me. Having a bit of a struggle at the moment. Lots of hypos and mid-teens despite HBA1C being 7.8 (which I'm fine with). I test 4 times a day and have lots of data from MyFitnessPal. Things have just gone a bit wonky over the last 6 months or so. Hopefully I can get some tips from this forum, which I am new to

have you done some basal testing thats a good place to start
