A truly awful 6.1 on Swipey but a spectacular night's sleep. Experimented with a pasta bake using allegedly 2.1% carb pasta. Tasted divine darling, divine. Highest +2 hrs level for nearly 7 years and stayed high for hrs. I know from experience I sleep like a log with more carbs on board just wish I had eaten that to deliberately sleep well. Gym, OMAD - salmon salad 
and baby grandson (not to eat) today - get the balance right son. Go Team D.

what a beautiful morning! hope its the same for everyone. 7.0 this morning, 8.4 last night. too much Montezuma i think. maybe i ought to bandage my other hand up as well!

Melody started on metformin yesterday as she has now been diagnosed as T2.
A few years ago her doctor stopped her B12 injections but now has realised that was a mistake and has started her back on them with an injection every other day for a week and then monthy injections indefinately so the metformin should not have too much effect on her B12.

You are very worthy, never put yourself down, I just love exercise, for me it’s better than having to take lots of medication to control blood sugar

At least an hour and a half in pool today is my plan, as most days of late. Which is a possible reason for improved BG levels of late. (Careful, Pipp, pride comes before a fall. Not proud, just grateful).

10.7 but forgot lantus so not the worst, was in target till about an hour before I woke up too so thats a bonus. 6 units followed by 30g of carbs to start the day.
