@PenguinMum Thank you, it’s been a crazy year for sure, I love this forum though, very motivating! I just need to keep posting and not withdrawing when the going gets tough.

Hi all BSL for yesterday's I slept in till 12.30pm after suffering from Insomnia my BSL was 8.7 mmol

I'm pretty sure Insomnia affects my BSL


This mornings BSL was 7.2

Crown prep at dentist yesterday had no effect on b/s levels, had swam 70 lengths first thing though
Gym this morning before work. daughters health walk at lunchtime

A truly awful 6.1 on Swipey but a spectacular night's sleep. Experimented with a pasta bake using allegedly 2.1% carb pasta. Tasted divine darling, divine. Highest +2 hrs level for nearly 7 years and stayed high for hrs. I know from experience I sleep like a log with more carbs on board just wish I had eaten that to deliberately sleep well. Gym, OMAD - salmon salad :woot: and baby grandson (not to eat):woot::woot::woot: today - get the balance right son. Go Team D.

6.3 today.
Melody started on metformin yesterday as she has now been diagnosed as T2.

A few years ago her doctor stopped her B12 injections but now has realised that was a mistake and has started her back on them with an injection every other day for a week and then monthy injections indefinately so the metformin should not have too much effect on her B12.

You are very worthy, never put yourself down, I just love exercise, for me it’s better than having to take lots of medication to control blood sugar

Exercise lover here too. Rejuvenated, but also re motivated recently, by @DEBBIESCOTT . Thank you.

At least an hour and a half in pool today is my plan, as most days of late. Which is a possible reason for improved BG levels of late. (Careful, Pipp, pride comes before a fall. Not proud, just grateful :)).
A respectable 5.7 is my morning fasting today.:D

9.1. I started malaria treatment yesterday, so I didn't use my metformin and this was what I got this morning. The malaria treatment will last 3 days, 1 capsule 2ice daily
