What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

I am a bit miffed with a 7.1 fasting. Tried a different drop of blood, and it was 6.2. Slightly less miffed, but will have that.

4.5 this morning - double checked!;) Very surprised at that number as I had chili con carne with mixed beans last night and was not at all impressed by my blood results 3 even 4 hours after eating it:(. Other than that I am eating very low calorie as trying to do a reset - been putting on weight lately. Hope you all have a nice day today - I plan to. :)
