7.1 - Severe Cramps Update: After not sleeping for whole of Friday to Saturday night, a 4am call to NHS111 resulted in a referral to Acute Emergency. Urine revealed need for Hospital trip for abdominal Scan. Abdomen scan proved clear but doesn’t rule out the possibility of a stone having been got rid of and the subsequent cramps. However, as cramps where coincident with me starting Orlistat, advised to stop taking Orlistat and placed back under GP care for review. I’d like to start taking Orlistat again as the “proof” of its efficacy in the removal of fatty substances was self-evident, without being too graphic, if you know what I mean
.
