Morning all . 7.5 this morning and bed 6.7. Kind of expecting higher than normal readings between having covid and the way I've been working ive done very little exercise along with not being strict enough with carb intake . Back on the horse today . Enjoy yout day folks

Morning all 7.0 this morning . Have been up few hrs and only tested now so don't know if I was higher or I'm on the rise now running around.

I lay in this morning and got up very late. Was expecting a higher number as the test 2 hours after dinner and before bed was 6.8. That higher figure was kind of expected as I had a bit of rice as a test... Not a happy result. This morning 4.7!!!
A few days earlier I had a small portion of pasta (high egg content) and that did not cause a big jump in my glucose test. In fact it went down from 5.9 that morning to 4.8 after diner so no big jump. I guess my body works better with some pastas than rice.

Anyway, enough of my rambling.... Hopefully my Freestyle Libre 3 will arrive tomorrow, and so I will be able to really work out what agrees with me and what doesn't. Also my fingers are getting a little sore!
