This morning my 6.6 was welcome after a sleepless night, with an infection in my finger nail. Contented enough with the BG, less so with the finger pain.

Good morning diabetics how are ya? Welcome to the chaos theory that is managing The D. New Swipey vowed and declared my fbg was either 5.2 or 4.4 - one of which suits me, the other will be put to my members but is an unacceptable offer imho - ymmv. Super salmon salad day today - pine nuts and all - so what's not to like?
 
7.2 This morning

That's my lowest morning fasting reading yet in these first four or five days of testing. I managed a 5 2 in the afternoon yesterday, so I'm happy with my progress so far.

I know this won't be a nice easy slide down through the numbers, and there will be spike days a plenty... but for today so far
 
Morning all 5.5 on Swipey here which seems excessive but compared to @Estragon I should count my blessings. Take it easy fella. @Stu1969uk good attitude. Hope all those who work enjoy the Bank Holiday - kinda wasted on we Boomers (i and ii), sorry we broke the country though.
