Well done! It didn't work for me this morning, I went to bed last night at 10:30 but didn't get up until 7:30 FBG was 5.9. I'm pretty sure it was the thick slice of home cooked ham that was very lonely, needed eating and beckoned from the plate late on last night, but as I had had something to eat earlier, it was definitely not the thing I needed. I've already messed up this evening's food as I was out most of the day so ended up having a late lunch around 2:30. Always fatal when I do that - Just rubbish discipline on my part.

Tonight I've had some cheese and a keto shake for supper, hoping that wont have too much of a negative effect and that I can last through the evening without hunger. Lets see what tomorrow brings.
