4.61 at 4:10 am California time. Lifestyle and timing for everything is probably the best help for me to keep my BG low. Timing for meals and more less the same kind of low carb meals. It can be boring sometimes, as long as it is freshly made from scratch, I can live with it. Nice sunny and beautiful day in Santa Cruz,

If your still on Humalog have you not considered Fiasp or Lyumjev. I’m on op5 with Fiasp, don’t pre-bolus more than 5 mins before and if running a bit high either kicks in much quicker.

Yes doctor/ DN would change increase meds if I went but I don't want that . These readings are mainly down to my lack of proper exercise ( I am still working and have a physical job ) but its not the same as the walking I used to do . Also my carb intake is crazy various reasons for that . So in other words it's mainly in my hands .
