As a newcomer to serious cooking I am looking for recipes. For any recipe I need to know what equipment is needed. "The baking tin" or "the Mason jars" are too vague. For ingredients, mention of sources would be helpful. Also, the amount of product, how to store it, and its shelf life, if not eaten at once. I thought perhaps videos would be the way to go, as even if something is not described or specified it has to appear in the video. So I am looking for recipes known for clarity, precticality and completeness for a novice.
