Recently diagnosed pre diabetic so looking at ways to change some of the things I eat and the times of eating them. Currently eat Kefir yogurt either Yeo Valley or Biotiful brands with fruit often a banana as a pudding after evening meal. After doing some research I think I probably need to stop eating banana which is fine. Should I keep with these yogurts or swap to another brand entirely and having anything yogurt based eat it at a different time of the day?
