It's the bug or the predictive text says the person who posted it as 'Father's Head' Pizza.
Thats really weird!!! I hold my hands up to Fat Face - but definitely not to Father's Head. I know the auto correct on my Kindle can be a bit creative but not that bad. LOL

I haven't eaten anything yet, but I can hear my stomach trying to eat itself so I better get down the shops and get something!

Hmm, choices! :D

I've always thought yogurt for breakfast just wont be filling enough, so tried it out today and boy was I wrong! :)

B. Greek yogurt with few raspberries and a spoon of LC homemade granola sprinkled on top ... this was like a luxurious dessert... a real winner!
L. nothing... still full from breakfast
D. Homemade veggie sausage and chickpea curry with steamed brocilli and green beans.

Hello
B. 2 strawberries with yoghurt

L. Prawn cocktail. Half roast chicken with salad

D. Scrambled egg with bacon and tomato. Strawberries and raspberries with yoghurt.

Don't worry I have a pomegranate pot for later. The shortage is over lol:)

Thank Heaven for that .. I was going to have some shipped over from Oz in case you might have gone into withdrawal :-)

Headache and cold still going strong. FBG was 8.8 :(

Breakfast: Eggs scrambled with cheese, cream and butter (very full now)

Lunch: I doubt I will need it but if I do it will be an avocado

Dinner: Goats cheese and spinach pie and salad
https://www.dietdoctor.com/recipes/spinach-and-goat-cheese-pie

Snack: Sugar free jelly

B: coffeesubstitute and cream
L: smoked mackerel fillet, chia bar (16g carbs) and 2 squares of 70% choc. Bit of a bump on the bg from that! But still acceptable levels. Only had it because we were going to have a very late dinner, with friends over, and i needed to stay human, and capable of speech. Which it achieved.
D: baked mackerel (tiny portion!) green beans and broccoli spears, with curried mayo. 6 raspberries and cream. Not really enough. At home i would have had abought 4x the veg...

Recovering thankfully from the plague
Visited physio for 45 mins of torture. Bed on 7.3 got up to 7.4 FBG and pre breakfast was 7.2 so BG is improving too and it does not look good for my coffee/tea at the moment.
B. Guess what- 2 scrambled eggs with parsley and 2 rashers of crispy bacon and chestnut mushrooms.
L. Cup of vegetable boullion
D. Chicken breast with ham and cheese, steamed greens and asperagus and a small side salad. Sugar free jelly , 2 strawberries and 2 teaspoons of double cream.

Yesterday's goat's cheese and spinach pie thingy was gorgeous and reasonably easy to make.

Today is a fasting day, so

Breakfast and lunch: Nothing

Dinner: Low carb Tex met minced beef casserole with Diet doctor tortillas, home made guacamole, grated cheese, sour cream and some crunchy romaine lettuce

https://www.dietdoctor.com/recipes/tex-mex-ground-beef

Breakfast - mini frittata

Lunch - Nando's: half a plain chicken, mixed leaf salad, coleslaw. Friday is my 'treat' day when I don't take a packed lunch to work and find somewhere with low carb options to eat out.

Dinner - bolognese sauce with courgetti and a bit of grated cheese.
