Been away since Tuesday where I didn’t have low carb meals. Arrived home last night after travelling all day. Went for a curry at our local Indian restaurant and now my fasting blood sugar is 6.8. OMG. Need to sort that to get it back into the 5’s. Hope everyone else is behaving.

I buy my own. My GP reluctant to fund testing. I use an AccuChek Mobile and get the 50 use cassettes on Ebay for about £14.

I had to buy my own and the strips.
