Interesting but simple. Did you have the crisps for breakfast?
Unfortunately I did, I don't have crisps often but I was at work and that was handy!

After 2 hrs bg was still 5.3 and down to 4.9 at 15:30 so happy daysTryin a full brekkie this morning coz I’m off on hols . Fbg 5.3 want to see if it goes up much .
2 coffee with double cream
2 eggs 3 bacon 2 sausages
Mushrooms , 2 livlife bread with butter and cheddar cheese. Biggest brekkie I’ve had in months . Most carbs in the morning in months as well . Let’s see what happens
I made up my own recipe! I warm 65mls of unsweetened almond milk in the microwave for 30secs, then add 4 level teaspoons of chia seeds, 2 level teaspoons of cocoa powder and two teaspoons of sugar free maple syrup. Stir it all well and then store overnight in the fridge. I eat it warm by zapping it in the microwave again.
EDIT That makes one portion.
At 7g of carbs in a teaspoon of honey, I prefer to stick to sugar free (so carb free) maple syrupI eat same but use one spoon of honey instead of maple syrup.

Low carb contributions are of course welcomed, but please keep in mind that this is not the low carb diet section, and debates about diet should be kept out of this thread. Happy posting!

I love soups, I used to make a lot of my own but I've got lazy and buy the fresh soups. Will have to get back into the habit.I just had a very tasty soup with different types of beans, including borlotti beans. It is the first time I have had it and it was thick and tasty.
