Well that got me marching all around my front room, arms swinging ....forward...back....forward....back LOOK SMART!!! Then I started doing a kind of whole body in whole body out thing! Then as if that wasn't enough I found myself spinning around and waving my hands in the air like some sort of world war 1 plane!!! Totally exhilarating. Thank you so much for this. I loved every second.

I have some exciting news to share. But so tired now. Just back from a long day away. Will share on tomorrow's post.

The neighbors have quieted down early tonight so right now I'm going to go try to catch up on my sleep. 'Night, all.

And the mouse just fell off the arm of the sofa and slid halfway across the floor, waking up the KittenCat, so I am going to get her and go to bed.
 
A very exciting 97/5.38! I was over the moon! I am trying desperately to get to normal BG level before my next (and only second) HbA1c, which is in about 5 weeks. First one was in August, and I got the dr to give me 6 months instead of the 3 he wanted because my meter was showing way lower numbers than he expected. That’s what happens as you move past that period of unlimited sweets!. I don’t think I’ll make it but may be close: still pleasing.

It does feel out of sync sometimes to be just posting FBG when so many others here are thinking about lunch if not quitting time, but OTOH I am just snuggling in for a hopefully good night's sleep when many others are getting up to scrape the windshield or to brave 50mph winds on a bike. This BB does get a bit boring around US midnight - UK dawn, but sometimes there are a few people posting 3-word story episodes and I'm looking forward to seeing what the hamster squadron is planning for dawn patrol.

Morning all. Still on post season tour so no fbg. Sleep likes this regime - longer and not restless; resting pulse down nicely. Will need to test eventually so I wonder if the positives will go then? @Charis1213 great number so congratulations. @GravyDavey welcome and nice start. @SueJB If that is you in the new avatar then that was a hell of a Christmas and New Year:angelic:
