That's good to know. But I also like jjraak's comment that one slice can lead to a second...slippery slope?I still have bread every day...sometimes Burgen or Tesco's high protein...Warburtons also make a whole wheat one which is roughly 11 carbs per slice...as you say try them then test...it's all about experimenting

Hi TB, I generally use the Tesco high protein bread too, it's about half the carb of a normal slice of bread but also half the size, take from that what you will, still it's a nice morning treat if my scores are low and tends not to spike me too much, and mornings tend to be my most active at work which helps.Hi there. Any particular bread choices? After my annual T2 review next week I plan to experiment BG outcomes of Lidl Low GI rolls, Burgen and others. Scrambled eggs don't seem quite right without the toast.

They are awful jjraak...I am going to get some of the spray...try it waking up at 4am is so knackering...just got home at 8pm...no idea how I managed to stay awake at work.
