Yes - I absolutely agree that shoulder of lamb is the best cut the - no other cut comes close. I do rather also like slow cooked brisket.Tender, sourced direct from the farm, butchered before our eyes but confirmed that shoulder is all I want of lamb.
Very interested to read your comment. The longer I am on low carb the more I like certain cuts and dislike others. Mr K really likes pork chops and I really don't like them. I haven't told him because he will stop cooking them. I just hope we don't have them too often.Trying hard to eliminate possible reasons I have developed a dislike of much meat then stick to the cuts and cooking methods I now tolerate.
Definitely a good idea to order the human version. I had a cycling accident 15 years ago when a van came out of a side turning and collided with me. The iMove does help to keep me active and moving as I was left with various issues after the accident.interesting about animal and human joint care - must make sure we order correct version.

How do you know? La Trahison des imagesForgot to tag you earlier @Muddy Cyclist. All that excellent artwork and you still have both ears. So much easier for the old sunglasses after diabetic eye screening. Vinny woos could have learned a thing or two from you. Oh. you don't do sunflowers. I see. Fan of starry, starry nights by any chance? Apologies if post not to your taste but je ne Magritte rien![]()
Interesting Muddy Cycle ride today, many trails closed because of Forestry commission harvesting. Managed 2 hours, got fed up of deep muddy tracks made by the machinery, should have gone over to the heathland, never mind still a good workout and the smell of freshly cut pine was wonderful. 5.7 from my pet Dracula on return, a surprise as I usually have higher numbers after Aerobic exercise, but I suppose thats also after handsanding and polishing a piece of Sycamore made into a table, also after chopping a load of fire wood.
