I'm not seeing any posts here since mine 25 hrs ago - odd. Anyhow, my fbg Friday 12th is 4.3 and a whole slew of other data is in the zone. Learned the boys hav bought me a set of golf clubs for my birthday next week. Very Elbow day today. Go well people.

Lucky you I have been thinking of getting a set of clubs and going on one of the local courses to wack a ball around for a bit.

This is a slightly higher than most non-diabetics would normally see, but nothing overly dramatic. If concerned, speak with your GP.

Hello @Shadybaby . Good to have you here. As you can see, I often have much higher fasting levels. Fasting level for me , and I believe for most ,is the most difficult to get under control. Why not keep posting fasting numbers here , and seek specific advice after reading round the different posts in forums.

This morning my fasting level was 7.1. I didn’t stick with my own suggestion of passing on the walking today, because I got sick of being locked up for months, so walked a couple of miles again. Found quiet area of woodland and stepped away from busy streets for an hour. Blissfully peaceful.
