I would love for some advice on how to get my waking BG down, I usually get up about 8 then test a few times a week, BG is normally between 7-8.
I usually eat dinner about 6 in the evening then maybe a cup of tea about 9 sometimes with a small snack before going to bed at circa MDT, i take two Metformin at 10, I don’t drink alcohol except for Friday evening when I have about 3 pints of ale, I’m doing something wrong so any advice would be welcomed
