Quick q. Hi. My fasting always 6.4ish. Is that a bad thing? X

I don't know is the simple answer - I have never attained the regular low fasting numbers of some on here but have good control when the rest of the day and the HBa1Cs are considered. Having had a period of using the Libre sensors I can see that it goes up when I wake - Dawn Phenomenon so I no longer fret about it!

On that note an icky 6.8 at 05.54 this morning - dropped to 6.1 by 07.23.

Don't want to chat too much but awake most of night 3am my reading was 5.8 had food then slept from 6am till 9am and my bg was 4.7 ?? Crazy or what .
