Well done, @DEBBIESCOTT . You have inspired me. Aiming for my mile in the swimming pool. Have been a bit lethargic these last few weeks. Dark days of winter do that. So, today is my first day of December mile. As I started late will carry it over to January. Thank you.Good morning

Do not eat the granson, you will regret it! Stick with the salmon.I'm fine thanks - an fbg of 6.3 isn't (way out of control for me) - and a lovely day is a racing certainty. Salmon with crispy skinand my grandson are sure fire winners. At some point today bg should slide into mid to low 4s. You take care.
Hoist by my own petard. Grandson is ultra safe as a) he is a boy and b) I'm heavy enough at 73.7 kgs thanks since I'm shrinking - 181 cmsDo not eat the granson, you will regret it! Stick with the salmon.
Did you manage the mile?Well done, @DEBBIESCOTT . You have inspired me. Aiming for my mile in the swimming pool. Have been a bit lethargic these last few weeks. Dark days of winter do that. So, today is my first day of December mile. As I started late will carry it over to January. Thank you.
And in keeping with the theme of the thread, my morning reading today was 7.1. Aim to be in sticky sixes withinthe week. There you go intentions made public, have to fulfil the obligation now!
Still in the game @JohnEGreen, still in the game. Isn't Advent all about things getting better, light in darkness? @PenguinMum you know the drill. @Widgets hug for after effects - no snogging under the mistletoe just yet either.when I woke up it was 5.9 when I got up it was 4.3 yesterday I was hyper 9 times hardly lower than 8.6 most of the day with 10.1 at bedtime things are out of control at the moment.
maybe today will be better?
Winner for the bg and a hug for the poorly cat .Morning all - haven’t been on here for a while as life has got in the way - poorly cat resulted in 7 trips to the vet over 2 weeks and 3 lots of medication for her. I’ve also been eating more carbs so I’ve not tested too much in the mornings but when I do my readings are between 5.4 and 5.9 with a 5.5 this morning.
Yes, just over the mile in the pool. It was a quiet day, with not many in , so just went into trance mode and glided. though I can’t claim it was graceful, it was a nice escape from reality. Tired after, as it has been a while since I swam that far. Today planning a walk, but waiting for the weather to improve. Too many old trees around to be risking it in the current high wind.Did you manage the mile?
