You are doing very well I too have been diet controlled for over 20 years but Covid has affected my confidence and staying at home and too frightened to go out for majority of this nearly 2 years is why I’m in this predicament . I need help to get back into controlling my blood glucose levels and weight loss. I was very fortunate to be part of this diabetic family group a few years ago so I feel it’s where I need to be again.
You too have found help and support from being part of this family of diabetics and you are really doing extremely well good luck too you.
