Fasting Blood Sugar this morning + yesterday's food AND physical activity

Good morning
Your FBG is fantastic as usual, how long are you planning shakes for 2 meals for? Probably not sustainable in the long term
Good luck for the tooth extraction, you’ll be needing those protein shakes after, wisdom teeth have very long roots, I had an impacted one as a teenager so they took all 4 out under general anaesthetic
Sure you’ll be fine, hopefully you won’t feel a thing
Hope you’ve got plenty of painkillers in

Not sure about Huel.. but will do it for good if needed.
The Huel black is pretty good nutritionally. High protein and has all the other nutrients required. Except the taste LOL
Experimenting with added ingredients and combos to make it more palatable.
I tell you it really makes you love that evening meal!!
This one should be easy to get out, it has emerged completely and it's over on its side. Fingers crossed, an easy extraction o_O

Then we'll get out and about .. not sure where yet .. we'll mooch around town until inspiration strikes us.

Good morning .. hope you had a lovely Saturday and a good Sunday to come.
Good day here, lots of fun with the fam. A day of cooking and watching movies indoors with the kid (kill me 3 times starring Simon Pegg .. very funny).
No food that I could eat, but my mum and my daughter were in hog heaven.
Penne giardiniera and homemade chocolate & walnut brownies.
Chinese chilli chicken and aubergines with rice for dinner and more brownies and ice cream.

My food as below (really glad I had the Huel to hand as the wisdom tooth removal made tings a little sore LOL)

Decided to see if I could do 100 press ups unbroken .. found it surprisingly easy (last time I tried, 2 years ago, I maxed out at 86), still had some in the tank after 100 this time. Stopped at 400 squats as it was getting boring. Have become much fitter since October last year and much lighter too. Not as metabolically flexible as I'd like to be. But you can only do what you can do. Who knows perhaps in a few months if I lose a bit more body fat I'll have some buffer should I eat a few more carbs on some days. We'll see.

I’m mum of the month today, still cooking dinner as planned & going to deliver daughters & boyfriends to their door (30 miles round trip)

OMG yesterday's dental pain was high and constant .. same today .. lots more swelling than on the 1st day. Can barely open mouth wide enough to brush teeth this AM. Eating solid food is a painstakingly slow process. Sticking to Huel .. ordering more today. Can't believe I'm going to have Huel for every meal today again. At least work takes the mind off the dental pain. LOL
Take it easy Debbie .. hope your daughter is OK? Not suffering bad symptoms?

Hor you’re feeling better today & don’t have to have huel 3 times again today & have plenty of painkillers
I like protein shakes, but have them in addition to 3 meals
Had a really good workout yesterday, feel so much better when I do something
Sons going to football again tonight so going to try for a long Peleton ride after lunch
Take it easy, exercise can wait

OMG so boring .. not able to eat solid food without pain or drooling at the moment .. looking forward to getting some real food in again soon. However I am saving a fortune on food shopping at the moment by just eating (drinking) Huel.

The dentist forgot to mention that this could take a whole week to settle down. It all seemed too good to be true on the day of the extraction. Virtually no pain or swelling. The next day! Yikes!! LOL Not risking solid food today.

So sorry you’ve still got a swollen mouth, sounds pailful
I can remember having all 4 out in one go (under general anaesthetic) had to cut my gums to get them out then I had to flush the holes with salt water twice a day for 2 weeks until I had the stitches out,
I can sympathise, I lived on strawberry complan for 2 weeks
It’ll soon be the weekend & hopefully your mouth will be fully healed & you’ll be back to normal
You did say you might just have shakes to drop some more weight & reduce FBG
Look on the bright side your FBG has come down
Really feel for you, nothing worse than toothache, especially at night, I’d suggest painkillers or brandy & hot milk
Hopefully you’ll feel a bit better in the morning
