What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Morning all. Well, today's the big day! I'm excited beyond excited if you know what I mean!! :joyful: This is my last posting for 2 weeks so, bedtime 7.2. 4,30 am......7.4. See you in 2 weeks. Take care everyone. Be happy.
Safe journey Rosemary and have a wonderful time.

9.2 this morning same as yesterday but back walking and lowering carbs ( to between 80 and 100 ) so should see some improvement .

I know this is a bit off topic but I may not be posting this weekend as am away down to Oxford this weekend to visit son at the Friary to celebrate his final Solemn Profession will be a party with food and drink he assures me mostly low carb.

I went for my blood tests yesterday at the surgery but failed I'm afraid so will have to try again tommorrow the nurse could not obtain a blood sample even after several goes so came home with puncture holes all over the place she blamed poor hydration so for the rest of the day did not feel like going on line. So will fast again drink plenty of water and see what my FBG is before going in.

Hugs for all who are not experiencing what they hoped for and stars for all those who are happy with their progress bye for now.

John
