Terrible nights sleep, was in bed by 9:30pm shattered, only to end up wide awake 5hrs later belting hot didn't take bg but guessed it might be dp creeping in. Got up after it seemed like hours just thinking about everything and anything Went on spin bike 50 min and bg now 7 but will no doubt drop to the 5s later

Welcome to our supportive little corner Dave. I am guessing you have been diagnosed recently. Your FBG needs to come down but you know that and FBG is the most difficult blood measurement to control. But we have all been there, so read around the forum for tips and info.
