Not for me. I very rarely reach a stage I could call warm. I know it isn't the outdoor or indoor temperature. It's me. I did think it was something to do with anaemia - I am pretty well always marginally anaemic but doctors don't seem to think it is important enough to do anything about and the dieticien reckons with the amount of meat and greens I eat, I should be OK. She doesn't seem to think there might be other dietary factors involved, such as calcium to aid absorption of iron. There are probably other factors too, but I can't remember them at the moment.Thanks Ian.

It is a brand new experience for me to feel cold when the room is warm @ianpspurs
I actually did reach a stage today when I had to take off my big fleece but I regretted it soon after.
