well the Libra alarm woke me at 3.30 and once awake that's it for the day so had a couple of jelly babies and got up when tested again was 8.6 so hey ho and a new day we go xx

Meter gave me a reading of 5.2 this morning. Not going to argue with that. Less food more discipline.

Morning all, fbg 8.5 . Didn't test before bed. Have had a on/off headache last 2 days not bad just knew it was there now this morning I have a phlegmy cough out of no where. Wonder is this having an effect on my readings. On a brighter note surgery rang with app to see doc this Friday for my review so fingers crossed numbers arnt as bad as in fearing .

Back in the elusive 5’s, but only just - FBG 5.9 this morning. Early morning nose bleed and a tiny bird in my sitting room providing a racing start to the day. Got my blood tests tomorrow so will be good today even though I know it won’t make much difference.
