Thanks for the information.
I usually turn regularly during the night like a rotisserie chicken. I must try and note if one side is worse than the other. Although I like the idea of the bicarb and ACV, I fear for my teeth leaving ACV on them until morning.

I can relate to the rotisserie chicken

Was 25.5 before bed and awoke to 19.8 this morning.
I'm going to fast until it drops below 10 mmol.........
I'm fairly new to all this, but will take things on board and learn.....

Thanks for asking if im getting help.
Had no help other than being put on meds in June..........I'm seeing GP tomorrow afternoon and will take my recorded Blood Sugar readings for Doctor to look at and advise me what to do as I have no idea whatsoever.
Hopefully, will get good advice and help.
I do feel as if 'bad diabetic effects' are taking hold right now and feel like intervention and new regime is needed.
I don't think the tablets are working as they should, for whatever reason too.
I'll post up what steps my GP advises.

I'm pretty new to the forum, just 4 days I believe and just getting used to how it works etc. I have looked at several threads, some of which are relevant and know I'll pick up more tips etc as time flows and I get used to how it all works here. Thanks
