Touch wood, I have not had tooth damage since I have cut out nasty carbs so perhaps it has helped. I was informed by my dentist that my teeth were super clean and only visit once a year now. Before it was a visit every six months.Thank you @ianpspurs - no milk in koffy but a yes for breakfast tea - we are British after all whatever that now means - moving feast old chap. In and out from the Painless Pole - sticker for being a good boy and £25.80 for the privilege. Does low carb mean less tooth damage - maybe.
If it's if any use, I edit my posts too.The vicissitudes of being an old age poster who uses a bunch of bananas on a mobile phone keyboard. He has the bad habit of having to use edit for rewriting drafts and not post them straight away. Do not use the forum as a draft refining tool. If your battery goes down low you lose it all when your kit drops off as in a mains loss.
I am suitably admonished

Thank you @ianpspursMorning all. @gennepher and @dunelm thank you both for sharing your wonderful artwork - both equally accomplished to my eyes. I can't say anything "arty" about how or why they are accomplished but for me they just are. @lindisfel as Genn and @dunelm say no need to apologise. Personally I make very limited use of a mobile phone, mainly to control Hive and as a go between twixt Fitbit and Chromebook, and use devices with a keyboard for this forum (tend to copy. paste and run though a wp program then reverse that) - never an Apple device. Enjoy the precious time with your daughter. @JohnEGreen many a generation has highly desired and sought nothing more than a mundane life - every man shall sit under his vine, and under his fig tree, and there shall be none to make them afraid: for the mouth of the Lord of hosts hath spoken. I hope everyone's fbg and other readings fall in the range they want or need, make sense of all relevant factors and if desirable are very importantly are replicable.
Can of worms opened there imho. Take it or leave here's some thoughts: one is attached and comes from this the other is this. For both teachers and doctors it seems to me that as per a dog that has been abused for years the only likely outcome is it will eventually bite ya. Since Osborne (Georgie boy not Ozzy) feels Nov 14 will be UK G.E. November will see many Dems (and hopefully traditional GOP members) in USA and the Social Democratic bulk of UK (including older 1 nation Tories - my heritage mainly) having to hold their noses in order to do what is transparently right. Just a couple of thoughts.Had a family discussion the family would never support a nasty party and labour would have their vote every time, so when I said I am not sure next time she wasn't happy, you will let the others in. Far from true I am not given a multiple vote.
I like most of labour policies but they support strikes and are funded by unions. Why are doctors striking? It is diametrically against their oath to help humanity.
I know a lot of older doctors have never been on strike and never would. A similar argument applies to teachers.
D.
Perhaps for some it's more a case of this brood of Tory brats, has just trampled roughshod over a nation AND it's people's in a dash to pillage as much as possible for themselves, family & friends.Had a family discussion the family would never support a nasty party and labour would have their vote every time, so when I said I am not sure next time she wasn't happy, you will let the others in. Thank you @gennepher, I also like the idea of limited colour palettes. Must be why I like sumi-e.Brilliant! I love this. I am a fan of using a limited colour palette @dunelm
Thank you @ianpspurs, my range is set by Gene Autry and that cowboy song. Ah, diabetes nurses - whatever they last read circa 1955 probably. What we want are diabetic nurses who then take it seriously.5.9 at 0345 today. This all seems to be the result of being mostly carnivore at the moment. It all came right very quickly, I have to say. Of course, it may not last once I put some small amount of carbs back in to the diet. It may not even last long without the carbs - my system seems to be so unreliable, but I do what I can and hope for the best. If it does stay low, and I ever get to see my diabetes nurse again, she'll not be happy with me because she'll think it's too low for an old biddy like me! Do I care what she thinks?

Yes, was a bit sweeping and like all occupations …. We are lucky here to have a wonderful GP practice with kind, considerate but overworked staff and the DN is smashing - I’ll be seeing her next week. The one doing all the talking on the Desmond course I attended however - don’t go there.View attachment 65481
Not quite your usual thoughtful level one thinks. Not an ad hominem dig but posters here in general could do with a hefty dose of humility supplements when talking about DNs and GPs

Simply beautiful.Good morning everyone from another day in paradise here in the dark and dangerous north. 5.4 this morning. Interesting how readings flip up and down if you have to get up during the night. If you are quiet, liver might slumber on but if you are in a mad rush to get somewhere and lights are switched on then maybe not. Anyhow, art bit. Another exercise similar to yesterday. Two colours. Hope your day is kind. I have drunk my koffy and may just make another.
