Good morning all and 8.5 mmols at 7:45 this morning. 3 weeks to the day post op. I’m still in pain but apparently that’s to be expected, my expectations of recovery aren‘t realistic!

Morning All A dastardly 7.7 this morning. My A1c result had gone up to 39 after being steady at 36 for nearly 7 years still within PreD but slippage has occurred. A RESET is urgently required. Happy Tuesday all.

5.9 today and…..it’s a cooler day today and zero smoke! Oh my, I got to open my windows last night and it was pure heaven. Got a great light show last night too but thunderstorms are super dangerous right now….lightning caused two fires in town last night. Highs today of 30, it’s really nice.
just booked flights for our next holiday this winter …..Egypt and morocc. Flying from Canada is so very, very expensive! Ouch.
