6.4 and happy as for me quite a hot night temperature wise that is. @Bcgirl 42 degrees is some heat, I would be living in a cold bath with an occasional ice cube top up for 3 weeks. We complain about the heat when it reaches the mid 20's so well done you.

Morning All A dastardly 7.7 this morning. My A1c result had gone up to 39 after being steady at 36 for nearly 7 years still within PreD but slippage has occurred. A RESET is urgently required. Happy Tuesday all.
