What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Breakfast- 10% fat Greek yoghurt with seeds and blueberries.
Lunch- M&S seedy crackers and cheese. DGF Crimbo Crumble.
Dinner Instant pot curry made with mince and cabbage. Not very photogenic so I didn’t take a pic but it is good winter comfort food.
DGF Dubai chocolate egg.

A family birthday yesterday so in addition to the usual carby birthday cake requested I made use of my last pack of my panda pantry Christmas Cake mix - added some extra walnuts and orange zest plus a dash of brandy it's lovely and definitely made me feel included rather than missing out.

Birthday meal was a buffet with lots of cold meat, cheese and salads followed by berries so easy to keep it low carb.
I'm feeling in the mood for baking so will be doing some more panda flour baking later. Lots of salads and cold meat leftovers today so meals should be easy to put together.

Usual brunch plus hummus for the carbs. Dinner was a vaguely Eastern European concoction of leftover beef, beef gravy from the roasting tin and red cabbage, mushrooms and green tomatoes. Usual but very welcome 4 squares of Montezumas. An unhappy day today and could have done with a drink, but don't want to start using it as a crutch, so a teetotal day.

I thought the Panda Christmas cake mix was excellent too, but adding walnuts, orange zest and brandy must have taken it to another level of deliciousness.

Usual brunch. Dinner was cottage pie - with the mash this time, for the carb content - plus cauliflower, broccoli and home-grown sprouts, followed by 4 squares of Monte's

Breakfast kefir then bacon and egg
Baking today included Panda Golden olive oil loaf, golden cheesy protein rolls and lemon drizzle but baked as a tray bake.
