What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

B- egg drop soup. Not much of the bone broth left now - I’ll miss it.
Mid morning - small handful nuts and blueberries
L- Ham salad wrap. The wrap made with Panda flour, have you tried these @shelley262 ? They are really good.
D- pork steak strips stir fried with sprouting broccoli, garlic and greens.

Coffee and unsweetened almond milk x 2
Ham and coleslaw x 2
Yogurt and raspberries
Beef and tomatoes

@DJC3 I've made different flatbreads and pitta bread with Panda Flour which are very successful but never done the wraps - I find most of the recipes do work really well. Will give it a go when time.
@Outlier I find luckily that a dollop of hummus is fine with my bgs - maybe it's the olive oil. I'm also ok with other beans as long as don't have a big portion - as @DJC3 said you'll need to test, it seems a very individual thing.
Have had family visiting for a few days and we've been mainly eating a range of food I cooked and then served cold - chicken, ham and sausages as well as a range of salads. Puddings were berries and yoghurt or cream. So today's main meal was very similar to yesterday's and there is enough left for tomorrow too! I did roast three chickens and cooked largish ham!I

@shelley262 I have you to thank for discovering sea bream, you seem to have it fairly often and it looks lovely. I’d never really considered it, but it’s really nice and an awful lot cheaper than other fish. Impressive home grown salad by the way!
