What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

B: cheese omelette
L: leftover cold macho broccoli with peanuts, creamy decaf
D: mushroom curry with flaked almonds on top
 
B. 1 burgen toast +1 dairylea cheese slice. (Spike 2hrs later won't have that again)
L. 2 chippolatas 95% 2 pieces grilled bacon 2 fried eggs
D. 2 small chicken legs, cauliflower cous cous
S. Cheese & more cheese
 
B: M&S Greek yoghurt, chia seeds, cinnamon, milled flax seeds, decaf coffee with splash of milk and sweetner
L: Tin of mackerel in olive oil, raw spinach, cucumber and the one lonely tomato that was left
D: Brussels sprouts boiled then pan fried in butter with proscuitto, and salad (romaine lettuce, cucumber, salad onions)
S: stick of celery with almond butter
Drinks - camomile tea, lots of water and a diet 7up
 
B: coffee n cream, 2 eggs with cream, scrambled

S: peanuts, coffee n cream, handful sf choc chips. 1 100s & 1000s biscuit which gave me severe stomach cramps, so never again but BG back to 4.4 after 2 hrs :)

S: coffee n cream and a slice of.cheese

D: creamy broccoli and a bacon wrapped chicken.breast stuffed with cream cheese and cheese
 
B. Boiled egg, quarter of a Lidl HP Roll
L. Ham Salad, few apple slices, 6 grapes
S. 1 sesame Rivta with butter and peanut butter
D. Cod pan fried in Coconut Oil, flax and cheese crunch topping, spinach, 1 and a half new potatoes
Orange jelly with a few pieces of satsuma, fresh cream
 
B: yogurt & chopped nuts, mini Babybel
L: avocado & bacon fried in coconut oil, salad of lettuce tomato, cucumber & olives; raspberries & cream
D: courgette bolognese with parmesan, jelly, tiny clementine & cream. Chunk of cheddar
 
B - Bacon and a babybel
L - 2 boiled eggas and some purple cabbage
D - garlic & chilli prawns in butter

S - pork scratchings.

I bet you have a good recipe for spiced red cabbage? Had some gorgeous ditto in a restaurant recently but they wouldn't tell me what was in it. Cinnamon for a starter but couldn't guess what else.

B: Groats soaked overnight, coconut oil, butter, nuts, berries, flax, chia, xylitol, Greek yoghurt, the usual stuff
L: Home-made veg soup and green salad with pickled beetroot & cheese
D: Pork chops casseroled in tomato & onion sauce, steamed broccoli, shredded white cabbage & bacon cooked in chicken stock with thyme & olive oil & butter added (Jamie O. recipe)

I don't have a recipe, as it happens. I'm not really a fan of pickled veg.

I do it with a sauted onion, couple of eating apples, good splash of balsamic vinegar (or whatever fancy vinegar is lurking in the cupboard), parsley, nutmeg, cinnamon......... chopped smoked bacon can be used as well. Seems to keep very well in the fridge which is just as well because a cabbage seems to make a very large amount.

B: Coffee n cream, 2 eggs with cream, scrambled

S: One.of my grandaughters mini cupcakes with icing

L: 2 slices cheese, rasher of bacon, sour cream, handful of sf choc chips, pepsi max (I felt like snacking a lot today)

S: chicken, coffee n cream

D: Marinated steak, 2 eggs fried in butter, 1 cup cauliflower and 2 cups broccoli roasted in butter with garlic salt, pepsi max.

35g cheese, 2 chicken thighs, strawbs and piece of melon.
Mr H is taking me out for tea.....promise I'll be good!!!
 
Had Dinner approx 5.30pm ham salad coleslaw 2 ryvita type crackers. 9pm bs reading 4.3 had 1 slice toast & piece cheese. Going to bed 10pm bs now reads 9.7
