Hi @Magsx1
Burgen toast is toasted Burgen soya and linseed bread , at 11g carb per slice it has fewer carbs than a slice of white or wholemeal bread which are usually 16 to 17g carbs per slice. This is the only bread I have per day, just can't give up my breakfast toast. P.S. Burgen soya &linseed bread is available in most supermarkets x

Today:-
B. 1 slice toast made with Burgen soya & linseed bread, cheese spread
L. 3 x 97%chipolata sausages, 3 rashers bacon, 2 fried eggs
D. 2 slices boiled ham, cauli cheese, green beans. 2 mouthfuls Vienetta
S. Cheese cubes x 2. 5x almonds

B - peanut butter mug cake with a square of 70% chocolate and double cream.
L - pate with carrot sticks
D - brocolli and stilton soup followed by roast chicken
S - pork scratchings.

Breakfast out. Gave away the hash brown but the only option for the toast was white. Paid for it all day!

I'm learning so much from this page. I now know how to make peanut butter mug cake (yummy with cream) - cauli rice - use of chia & flax. Burger bread. Now I'm picking your brains again, please how are you making cream cheese clouds, it sounds wonderful. Thanks again everybody for your help.

I use this recipe http://www.genaw.com/lowcarb/cream_cheese_clouds.html
I use only a fraction of the sweetener as the quantity on there makes them far too sweet for me. My last batch was vanilla flavoured using 1 heaped teaspoon of powdered stevia and I made 10 for carbs 1g, protein 1g, fat 17g each - essentially a fat bomb! Not much point for me in making 24 tiny ones! I sometimes use lemon juice instead of vanilla but as you will see from the recipe there are various other suggestions. I take 1 out of the freezer an hour or so before I eat it so it’s slightly softened.

Yesterday:
B: 4 Bacon, 2 fried eggs
Snack: A GORGEOUS large decaff coffee from Costa with pouring cream. Didn't affect my bg at all. (Many thanks to others who wrote about this
L; Half bag pork scratchings (whilst out shopping)
D: Steak, roasted cauli and broccoli, just a few butter cooked carrots, brussel sprouts, some slow roasted fennel done in foil with a whole big bulb of garlic each slow roasted as well - totally antisocial (but so what).
Supper/Pudding: A weird but nice chocolate and walnut baked low carb cheesecake that I made. Sort of an experiment to make something else that didn't turn out quite as expected but was nice anyway.. Served with double cream for me and strawberries and double cream for him indoors.

Today:
B: Chocolate orange chia pudding. Not a combination I will make again. I did't really like the flavour of orange.
L: The other half of yesterday's pork scratchings. Not what I normall have but I'm not hungry.
D: (Will be) Home made l/c Moussaka with salad
Supper: Another slice of that choc and walnut baked cheesecake.
(I'm bulk making the moussaka, an 8 portion l/c lasagne, some bol sauce and some chilli to be frozen in portions for work meals this afternoon)

B- Eggs & olives (can't get enough olives lately)
S- double Gloucester cheese with chives & onion (I may move to the UK just for this cheese) ;), broth
L- chicken & avocado over spinach with homemade blue cheese dressing
D- chicken fajita soup (I think)

B: Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Sausages and Mushrooms.
S: Greek Yoghurt & Blueberries
L: 2x Slices of 3 different Salami, plus a liump of Xtra Strong Cheddar
D: Roast Pork Belly with Cauli Mash and other veggies with meat juices

B. Porridge, chia, yogurt, & double cream Truvia
L. At a local restaurant.... 2 thick slices grilled ham, 2 fried eggs, 1 large mushroom, cooked tomato and shoelace fries, I ate 1/2 portion fries!
1 small red house wine.
D. Will have a slice of BURGEN bread & cheese, probably about 6.30pm.

I will get HID in a headlock and attempt to obtain her recipe for Red Cabbage as it is the best ever.

Nah! That is MY mother's recipe for Red Cabbage that is the best.

(although I happen to know it is actually Delia Smith's recipe, with apple, vinegar, spices and butter, so it is all good)
