What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

B- Greek yoghurt with M&S grain free granola.
L- Schneiderbrot protein bread ( it’s a dark rye bread 4g carb per slice) as an open sandwich topped with h/b egg, chilli sauerkraut and a few black olives on the side. Little custard pot to follow.
D- Heck steak and butter meatballs with a spoonful of tomatoey sauce on cabbage noodles. DGF Crimbo crumble.
 
@DJC3 thank you for the crimbo crumble heads up. I've mainly converted completely to making my own low carb cakes and puds, using Panda flour, but did love those Deliciously Guilt Free ones - so must buy a pack later at restock. I've also just ordered a Panda Pantry Christmas Cake Mix - it uses cranberries that have been dehydrated, as the dried fruit, no sugars added unlike commercially dried ones. Not made a Christmas Cake for about 10 years! I know it won't be the same but looking forward to baking it.
Breakfast kefir then scrambled eggs
Lunch cheese, walnuts and LC seeded crackers followed by buttered slice of hm LC barberry tea loaf
Dinner salmon and peas followed by hm LC chocolate brownie.
