I've had morning dp now for a good while which has made me feel very down. Because of this I have not posting on this site for a good while and have decided to relax my very strict diet and lifestyle for these 2 days. Numbers havnt been actually bad for me ,highest has been 8.6 so far . Back on...

I filled out the online questionnaire multiple times and never had a responce so I emailed them directly as I though it was because I was type 2 but there responce was that I didn't live in England.

Hi all, fbg last 3 day still remaining in the 7's has been 7.1 ,7.3 and 7.0 and then trend down during the day . Back in the gym so we'll seen how things go . Enjoy your day folks
