Pick yourself up dust yourself down and walkforward....too high to admit to, and it's totally my fault.

I get the same. Sometimes a higher increase. I've put in down to cortisol production due to the stress of the exercise. I have to keep calm as much as possible, then if ferocious exercise I have to wind down with calmer strokes and stretches and then get out of the pool. After my calm as possible shower and I test before dressing as our pool is cold but showers and changing rooms are hot. I then get a better sugar result. How about you?So 6.1 at 6m when I got up, then swam for 30 minutes - it's now 7.7, bit confused ... liver dump?
Seriously, which one stressed you out most...BS level or poor no internet connection?
